Harris Fitness Consultancy
provides individual and group personal training sessions.
Neil Harris holds a level 3 advanced certificate in Personal
Training achieved with Premier Training. With experience
and coaching awards in many other activities such as kayaking,
climbing, mountaineering and football, Neil likes to add
variety to his approach in designing personal training programmes
in order to make them fun and enjoyable.
Sessions can be adapted in order to suit each individual
and can take place in the home, local gym, workplace or
outside.
The initial consultation is focused around each individuals
needs and goals. Many factors are considered including pre-existing
health issues, commitments, diet, sleep patterns, stress
levels and current level of activity. Neil can offer specific
programmes to individuals who wish to concentrate in developing
core strength, flexibility, power, hypertrophy and endurance.
